SOUNDTRACK DUBBING PROJECT IN ACTION!
Students in 2ESO have been working in groups for the past two weeks dubbing video clips and adding their own creative twist to a video of their choosing.
Students first selected a video, cropped and edited clips together, wrote their dubbed scripts, rehearsed with a few laughs, rehearsed some more, and finally put their masterpiece together.
As a class, students focused on specific body language and facial expressions, specifically paying close attention to the timing of using these expressions. The dubbing over proved extremely challenging for students, but with perseverance and practice, the students achieved amazing results! This whole process has been a lot of fun for students and teachers alike.
It’s been a true pleasure to watch this project develop over the past few weeks. The students and teachers are very excited to present our hard work at the Quercus Oscar’s Ceremony! Teachers will nominate and vote for the funniest and most creative videos, and we are looking forward to winning many awards that night!
Los alumnos de 2° de ESO han estado trabajando en un proyecto de doblaje en inglés.
En grupos, han escogido la escena de una película conocida, han elaborado un guión alternativo y han editado sus vídeos incluyendo subtítulos y efectos de sonido especiales, entre otros.
Han tenido que trabajar duro, investigar y practicar mucho para poder adecuar el tono, la pronunciación y la entonación, así como el lenguaje no verbal de las escenas seleccionadas.
Ha sido un placer verles trabajar y disfrutar, al igual que nosotras las profesoras. ¡Estamos deseando acudir a la ceremonia de entrega de los Oscars del Colegio!
